I am using another account to create this thread because I am not receiving email in my work account. When I try to sign, it detects I already have an account but give me an incorrect email/password, registering is impossible because I can't receive any emails from Atlassian. I create a ticket already: PSCLOUD-30572

 

Any chance to solve this issue soon? Thanks!

I just want to register here that you solved the issue by adding the user to Jira. I was able to check that through the link you shared in the description.
