Not receiving bitbucket workspace invite on my email

Workspace invite emails are not coming on my email <email_removed>

Maybe my email got blocked by JIRA server. Who can unblock my email???

I checked in our system and I saw a hard bounce event for your email with the message

550: 550-5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist. Please try double-checking the recipient's email address for typos or unnecessary spaces

It looks that we attempted to send an email to your email address at a time when it was not operational. The hard bounce informs us that the email does not exist and in this case, it is placed in a suppression list, as we no longer try to resend to non-existing emails.

I went ahead and removed the email from the suppression list, could you please ask one of your admins to resend the invitation now?

A new invitation needs to be sent, as the previous ones were dropped.
