Hi -
I am attempting to receive an invitation to a Bitbucket workspace, but I am not receiving the email.
I went through the support article, checked 'Product Invitations' which was unchecked, and got the other party to remove and reinitiate the invites. I am still not receiving the invitations, and I have check in the 'other' and 'Spam' folder and in quarantine.
I have previously been able to successfully receive and accept a Bitbucket workspace invite from another account - this was back on October 24th. The request we're attempting here is from a different org.
Is someone from Atlassian able to check to see what could be holding up those emails from coming to me?

Welcome to the community!
I don't see any Bitbucket email invite being triggered to your account, so I believe the user who invited you did not fully remove the previous invite from their workspace.
Can you ask them to navigate into each group they previously invited you to and cancel the invitation? Once confirmed that everything has been canceled, then only send a new invite to you.
