Not getting invitation email to join the organization workspace on Bitbucket

My admin has been sending the invitation email. But it is not coming to my inbox. Checked everything, but it doesn't come at all. Expect this email, I get all other emails from the atlasian. 

 

Please help.

Hi @Prajwal Poojary 

You have explicitly unsubscribed from both product and invitation notifications in your email preferences centre.


To resolve this:

  • In order to receive invitations again, you will need to navigate to Atlassian account’s email preference center and tick the Product invitations option and any other options you wish to subscribe to
  • Once complete - an admin will need to navigate to Workspace Settings > User Groups then access all the user groups you were invited to, expand Invitations Pending, click Cancel invitation to completely remove it from processing for all groups, then click Add Members in the top-right and insert the user's email address to properly resend the invitation
