Not able to login infact shows there is no data

Today I tried to login through my company id [REDACTED]. but not able to login. My whole code base is there. please help

The email address you mentioned does not exist, the domain you specified is correct but your email starts with hd - there is also a gmail account with a slight variation of your first name.
