Hi there,
I have an old workspace with a few private repos that I would like to access, however the workspaces page at https://bitbucket.org/account/workspaces shows no workspaces. Just a link to "Create a workspace". So as a quick test I created a new one, and even that one isn't showing up in the workspaces page.
Any ideas?
Thanks!
This sounds more like an account issue than missing repositories. I'd first make sure you're logged into the correct Atlassian account, especially if you've used multiple email addresses over the years. Since even a newly created workspace isn't showing up, try an incognito window or a different browser to rule out a caching problem.
Thanks for the response. Today (about 18 hours later) the first test workspace that I created yesterday is now showing up in my workspace list. Still can't see my previous workspace (my username) that has my repos in it.
Also tried in an Incognito window, but it is the same.

Interestingly, I still have one of my repos cloned on a computer and my SSH key is still working fine -- I can push updates to the repo. So, it's there in the cloud. I just can't see the workspace or repos on the website.

Okay I'm not sure if it was the push that fixed it, or just waiting 18 hours since creating new workspaces. But I was now able to see the new workspaces I created and was able to see my old one under the "recover workspaces" UI. After recovering it, I can now see all my repos in the web UI.
So - for anyone else running into this - maybe just try creating a new workspace and waiting a day to see if it allows you to recover your old workspace.
