I have created a new workspace, it was going through the usual setup, then failed.
I've gone back to set up a new workspace, and it says it's not available (whereas the first time it was).
What do I do now?
It sounds like the initial setup didn’t finish properly, which can temporarily lock the workspace name or block you from creating a new one. Usually this clears once the system finishes rolling back the failed setup. Try waiting a few minutes, then refreshing or signing out and back in. If the name still shows as unavailable, it may be stuck in a partial-creation state, so reaching out to support to release or reset it is the quickest fix. It should be an easy recovery once they take a look.
