New free tier Workspace with only one user is read-only as exceeded its exceeded its user limit

Bitbucket Cloud workspace hdmcs was created on 28 Apr 2026 and is immediately locked to read‑only due to “exceeded user limit”.

Workspace User Directory shows 1 user only, no invites, no groups.

This appears to be a workspace provisioning / billing state defect.

Requesting Atlassian staff to recalculate or reset workspace licensing.

@Matt Hardy quick question - did you have to do anything to remove the licensing limitation or did it resolve by itself?

Didn't do anything. Simply pressed up arrow and enter on the console to repeat the git push command and at the second time of asking it just worked.

All subsequent repos have synced without error.
