I have a Bitbucket account connected to an email address I no longer have access to. That account had 2FA set-up and I do remember the password; however, after I enter the password it's requesting that I checked my email and enter a verification code that had been email to me. Is there a way to verify my account a different way? All I need to do is remove my SSH Key from that account and move it to a new account
Welcome to the community.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to verify an account without 2FA authentication.
You can, however, disable the 2FA settings against your accounts.
I can see that you have enabled your 2FA for your Bitbucket Cloud and Atlassian accounts.
You can follow this existing KB article on How to Disable/Reset 2FA on Bitbucket Cloud and Atlassian Account
