Need help un-link products associated with org and then remove the org

I created an organization and linked products in it with improper names. Tried to delete the organization but it says remove products first. Removed products and it shows in gray color and if I click on product; resource does not exist. It has been 14 days past already and not able to remove either products associated with it nor the organization. can anybody help ?

I see that your account has access to two organizations. Are you trying to remove the org that has the suffix "-remove" in its name?

If so, I see that this org has a Jira site and a Bitbucket workspace linked to it. The deletion of the Bitbucket workspace was initiated on 10th September 2024 and it can take up to 30 days for the Bitbucket workspace to be completely removed.

I can see that the Jira site is deactivated. Jira isn’t fully deactivated until 15 days after the date the cancellation takes effect. The date that you can remove the organization depends on whether you had the original or the new billing experience for that product. You can read more on the following documentation, section "How long will it take?"

So, you will certainly need to wait 30 days for the Bitbucket workspace to be fully removed from our system. Then, depending on the billing experience of the Jira site, you may need to wait more. This is the case with the new billing experience:

If you have the improved billing experience, you have to wait an additional 60 days after the products are deactivated to delete the organization.
