The workspace used to be displayed when I selected all workspaces. It is accessible from the backend but not from the UI
G'day!
When you say it's accessible from the backend - do you mean accessible via direct URL?
There is a chance that the workspace/repository you're referring to is public (which allows anyone to access it with a direct link). Unless you are a member of that workspace - it will not show on your workspace list.
Cheers!

Hi Ben,
it is accessible from a URL. The repo is private and has multiple projects in it. To access this repo project via the backend it is necessary to send it an app code which I had set a few years back.
This work space was originally created with just a user name a long time back. It needed to be changed to use an email address as the user name. This was all fine and that workspace would appear in the newly created email.
I am not sure when the workspace has disappeared from the view as I dont normally check and just do the commits from the backend. I only checked because of the notification that repos may be deprecated.
To make it more interesting, that email with respect to the deprecation arrived from an older email that I dont use anymore as that does not have any workspace associated with it.
I did try to reset the pw in that older email in case that was still active, however, I never get the reset, so I assume that account does not actually exist.
I dont understand what has changed since I used to be able to see that work space without issue on my current email.
Hope that makes sense.

Hi @ddessardo
I've raised a formal support ticket so that you can safely share information privately on that ticket.
Please check the same email you used to make this community post for further correspondence.
Cheers!
