Hi,
My team-member forgot his password, When he clicked "Send recovery link NO EMAIL RECEIVED" to his Email account. Tried many times, but no luck. I think his account may be blocked or something... Not sure WHY? How to enable his account back as we have projects / repos / sources files under his account?

Any help is highly appreciated! PLEASE!!!

I found that email address was being suppressed on our side. I have removed this suppression. That user should be able to receive email from our services now. Try to send the recovery link once more.
