i want to change my atlassian password but i forgot the old password so i asking for recovery link but i not receiving the recovery email that contain recovery link, please help
Hi,
The email associated with your Community profile gives us numerous 554 SMTP bounce errors from your mail server indicating that the domain does not exist - so this might be a good reason why you are not receiving any emails.
I have opened up a support ticket using that email account (gdrive), please check your email and we will continue our correspondence there rather than on a public forum (as sensitive information may be required to be provided).
