My account name maybe too wierd to implement

Dear guys, I am a really open-mind developer and really love this application but I have some problem with my account. And you can see the issues in the pictures below. I think that your system has lowercase my email account name (just guess).

Please take a look at this issue please, cause it is prevent me to login into this awesome application. And please start to discuss about this to help me solve this problem :D

Hi @Phúc Lê Hoàng,

I can confirm that your Bitbucket account was created with a lowercase email address (Bitbucket doesn't make a distinction) but your username does have the uppercase letter.

Are you still unable to log in? If so, please send us another screenshot with the error message you get so we can continue helping you.

Looks like your MyAtlassian account was created successfully but you need to now create also Bitbucket Cloud account if you want to use it. BTW - usually usernames are always lowercase. Your email address could have uppercase characters but not username.
