Hi Bitbucket Support / Community,

I’m reaching out because I noticed an unexpected issue with my account.

I last pushed code to my repositories on Feb 27, and everything was working normally at that time. However, when I logged in today, I discovered that all of my private repositories are missing from my workspace bopp.

I believe this may be an error, as I have been actively using these repositories and there was no intentional deletion or migration on my side.

I also followed the wiki instructions and clicked on “All workspaces”, but found that there are no workspaces listed at all, which is even more concerning.

Could you please help investigate and assist with recovering the missing repositories? If there is any additional information required from my side (such as repo names, commit hashes, or account details), I’m happy to provide it.

Thanks in advance for your support.

Hey @bosphere

I can see that your workspace and the associated repositories are currently active. Are you still having issues?

If you are, can you please try navigating to https://bitbucket.org/account/workspaces/deactivated and check if you have any deactivated workspaces in there?

Thanks.
