I'm trying to setup slack notifications for my repo.Following this article: https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucket/bitbucket-cloud-for-slack-945096776.html
it says to go to "chat notifications" but it's not there under bitbucket settings.
Do I need to be admin or something to enable this? It doesn't say so in the article.
