Migrate SVN to Bitbucket with its history, and commit Information

Hi All,

Looking forward to migrate SVN repo into bitbucket along with commit history. Right now finding challenges with history even after using "git svn fetch". 

Is there any steps to be followed to get user history from SNV into Bitbucket git. 

 

Also looking forward better idea to real time sync between SVN and Git. Right now all developers are pushing into SVN, we planned to migrate GIT after a while.
