Hi Atlassian
We would like a manual GC on our repository
[REDACTED]
We did a major cleanup, bit it seems stuck at 2.8GB eventho the real size is around ~100MB
There is also files stuck in LFS, i don't know if you can do anything about those ?
TY in advance, let me know if you need further information

I've executed a gc and it has reduced the size by 700mb down from 2.8GB > 2.1GB.
Unfortunately, as you've had large files in your repository for a long time - a large number of pull requests in your repository are caching these files for diff calculation purposes. This is why there is such a large difference between your local vs remote repo size (as local repository does not store PR and other metadata).
If you've removed these files, subsequent PR's will no longer cause the size of your repository to increase further. The only effective method for reducing the repo size, unfortunately, is to push all the commit data to a new repo and delete the existing (which will remove all metadata such as PR's).
If you need assistance with this - please raise a ticket directly with our support team, as we need a ticket to grant ourselves the necessary access to look at your repository:
Please let me know if you encounter issues with raising a ticket, and state your timezone so I can raise one on your behalf with the team who operates during your working hours.
Cheers!
- Ben (Bitbucket Cloud Support)
