I'm using bitbucket 9.18.5 in a isolated network. I got to manage apps and get a proxy error (we have an app installed). The instructions I've found have told me to fix this to ignore the atlassian store for manage apps is to click on it in the manage apps screen. The screen that 502 proxy errors.
I recently upgraded to the 9.18.5. And in the last 6months my network overlords blocked my network access (firewall on this is outside my control)
I need a way to put it in the bitbucket.properties file so that when it starts it runs isolated network and ignores the web store.
It sounds like you're dealing with a tricky proxy error related to the isolated network setup. If you're trying to bypass the web store for managing apps, the Bitbucket properties file might indeed be a good place to define some exceptions. In situations like this, setting up Residential proxies could help route traffic through IPs located in different geographic areas, allowing you to manage apps without hitting that 502 error.
