I’ve lost access to my phone and can no longer receive the 2FA codes for my Bitbucket Cloud account. Unfortunately, I also don’t have the recovery codes saved.
My Bitbucket account email is: a*****@itri.otg.tw
My Atlassian account email (which I’m using to submit this request) is: itria*****@itri.otg.tw
I’ve already tried the standard 2FA recovery/login process, but the one-time login verification code is sent to my Bitbucket account email (a*****@itri.otg.tw), which no longer exists — so I cannot receive the code. So I’m completely locked out of the Bitbucket account.
Could you please assist in disabling 2FA or help me regain access to my Bitbucket account?
