We are attempting to install the new license key for Bitbucket. The developer that set this instance up is no longer at the company and his account was the only SysAdmin user. Also, SMTP was not set up such that we cannot reset passwords. So, I'm stuck as his user account is the only account that can install the key and we cannot reset login.
1) is there a hack to reset his password from the database?
2) or can we configure SMTP in the database?
This is a critical issue as we cannot login to get code.
Please advise.
