Hi I made the changes as per
https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserver0514/administering-bitbucket-server/lockout-recovery-process
to the _start-webapp.bat and added the following line :-
set "JVM_SUPPORT_RECOMMENDED_ARGS=-Datlassian.recovery.password=password123"
Then started bitbucket using "start-bitbucket.bat" but I still get error using user name "recovery_admin" and password = "password123", I still get an error.
