I'm afraid that is not possible using standard Bitbucket functionality, however we provide an addon, that displays among other things, the commits behind and ahead for the PRs. Below it is showing that the PR is 1 commit ahead and 10 behind the main branch.
Currently you can't filter by outdated branches, but I've created an internal request to add this feature as it is a great idea! Additionally to that, Flowie can also keep your branches in sync automatically, which you might also be interested.
