Hi everyone,
I am a long-time user; however, I have not logged in for years now, which I believe is the root cause of the bellow issue when logging in again.
As stated in multiple posts, I have tried different browsers/settings. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Your Bitbucket Cloud account was in a dormant state, which is the reason for the error you saw.
I reactivated your account. Can you please try logging in when you have some time, and let me know if the issue is resolved?

I will look into it and I'll reply to the new question.
Please create a new question when you need help instead of posting on someone else's; in the past we've had multiple requests from many different users in a single question, and then the question becomes convoluted and it's more difficult to keep track of the requests.
