For our bitbucket workspace, we are on a paid premium plan. However, we have our concurrency limited to 2 on the workspace for the pipeline runners and cannot attach the workspace to an org and change the concurrency (see https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Bitbucket-articles/Calling-on-all-workspace-Admins-Connect-your-Bitbucket-workspace/ba-p/3061134). When we reach the step after link bitbucket, there is no workspace displayed.
This is blocking us on the pipeline.
We also tried to open a ticket on https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ but it will not allow us as it said that we are on a free plan. So our only option is to post this as a question here. Can somebody from Atlassian please look into this.
