Issue with Installation of Sourcetree

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
While trying to install SourceTree in my system after the login/authentication page the installer again comes to the login screen. I tried installing the Git Windows Credentials manager as well but didnt work. I tired using the Google Authentication first then as it dint work I tried using Atlassian Username and password but it didnt work as well.
OS : Windows 7 Home
SourceTree : 3.1.2
