While trying to upgrade from free to standard not able to update after changing the card details also, the initial payment was deducted (which is 10 USD) and go success in screen though it is still not allow to update. Where as till last month we are able to do so

Could you confirm if you're getting any error message when you try to upgrade and added your card details?

Hi Mark,
No error message displayed, this is when we tried with another card details.
With existing card details we get error as Unbale to process and came to know later that money is also debited from that card as well. there are multiple of 10 USD transaction happen each time we retry but no confirmation or upgrade happen
