Is there way to retrieve all comments left by a user?

I found its cumbersome to search through each pr's to get comment id and had to input a path query param, which never works for me, event for file that is in the root folder, so I want to just get all the comment ids relate a user who made them.

Is there way I can do that through Bitbucket REST API?
