We know that you rely on our products for your daily operations and productivity, and we sincerely apologize for any impact this disruption has had on your teams. We will conduct and publish a post-incident review (PIR) with more details about the incident and the steps we are taking designed to prevent similar occurrences in the future. We plan to post the PIR on our Statuspage within 30 days.
