We are using the free tier of "Confluence", "Jira" and "BitBucket".
Two years back, we migrated Atlassian from our local server to the Atlassian website.

I clicked free migration tool and it says "You don’t appear to have any eligible products."

Hi Mayank and welcome to the community!
--> Do we need to migrate our data?
I'm a bit confused by your question. If you already moved from your local server to Cloud two years ago, then what data are you looking to migrate?
Do you have another Jira, Confluence, or Bitbucket Server instance on your local servers?
The move to Cloud is not mandatory, but it is recommended because we will no longer provide technical support, security updates, and bug fixes for vulnerabilities on the Server products and apps. Apart from migrating to Cloud, another option would be to upgrade to Data Center if you need to host data on your own servers:
We have apps for migrating from Server to Cloud and they are free of charge. Specifically, the apps Bitbucket Cloud Migration Assistant, Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant, and Jira Cloud Migration Assistant:
I clicked free migration tool and it says "You don’t appear to have any eligible products."
Where exactly did you click? Which page were you on?
--> Can I get direct support from Atlassian?
Support with the migration by Atlassian is provided to customers who migrate to paid plans. If you intend to use the Free plan, you are entitled to community support only.
However, as I said in the beginning, if you are already using the Cloud version of our products and you are not using a Jira, Confluence, or Bitbucket Server instance on your own servers, then you don't need to migrate anything.
Kind regards,
Theodora
