Is it possible to set permissions on a project in Bitbucket Cloud?

I need to find delta (lines added, deleted, modified) in a commit on a server level to find who contributed most.

is it possible to execute a git client command at server and find this, execution may be automated via ScriptRunner.

I've also seen that the title is not related to your question, do you also need help setting your permissions? Or was that title added by mistake?
