Is it possible to only receive emails when priority level is high?

I want to manage my email notifications so i only receive email when priority is 1 or 2, is that possible?

Hi Alice.

Are you using ScriptRunner for Jira? You could create notifications when a condition applies using listeners like:

- Fires an event when condition is true

- issue.priority?.name == 'High'

- Fire event with custom name ("High priority event")

Then another listener of type Send a custom email when:

- event is "High priority event"
