Hi,
We've been sending new invitations recently; however, some users receive the mails, and some don't. Moreover, few users who were invited did not receive the mail but were able to join the workspace.

Hello @Maya Hayat

This occurs because some users have been added to the Atlassian's suppression list. I've made a request and an Atlassian support engineer will be in touch with you in the next 2 business days.

G'day @Maya Hayat !

Welcome to the Bitbucket Cloud community :)

I've checked each one of those users who are having issues receiving email invitations, and all of them are unsubscribed from email notifications for invitations - hence why they've not received these.

To resolve this:

  • In order to receive invitations again, the user will need to navigate to their Atlassian account’s email preference center and tick the Product invitations option to subscribe to this notification type
  • Once complete - an admin will need to navigate to Workspace Settings > User Groups and access each user group they were invited to
  • Inside those groups, they'll need to expand Invitations Pending, click Cancel invitation to completely remove it from processing for all groups
  • Once this is done, they'll need to re-invite the user by clicking Add Members in the top-right and insert the user's email address to properly resend the invitation

If you're having issues, please raise a support ticket (as you are a member of a Premium paid workspace) as sharing personally identifiable information about users is not recommended given that Community is a public forum:

If you have issues raising a ticket, please let me know your timezone so that I may raise one on your behalf with the team who operates within your working hours.

Cheers!

It sounds like old-fashioned email gremlins; spam folders, filters, or delivery problems are most likely to blame. Check the reputation of your sender's domain using tools like MX Toolbox, and urge users to whitelist or flag as non-spam. For new members without email, direct links are fantastic! Pro tip: Use in-app invites for reliable magic. @Maya Hayat  If this works for you kindly let me know.
