I've been having issues inviting someone to 4 of our Bitbucket workspaces. For some reason, the Bitbucket invitation mail does not arrive in their mailbox, neither in their inbox nor in the spamfolder. Their mailbox runs on Proton mail, does anyone else here run a Proton mail for a Bitbucket account?
Sending an invite to the same workspace to my own Gmail account works fine, though that invitation does take about 5 minutes to appear.
I've asked them to contact Proton to see if anything is going wrong on their end, while I would contact Atlassian. Of course, since this isn't a paid Bitbucket plan, there is no official support, so here I am ;)
I'm not sure if it could be related, but these 4 Bitbucket workspaces were created before the recent back-end change from Atlassian, which pushed this kind of management to the admin.atlassian.com environment.
Anyone got any ideas?

If you or a user in your organization is not receiving an invitation to join a Bitbucket Cloud workspace, it might be due to the email preferences. More often the users unsubscribe from recieving product Invitation Emails. Causing Emails not to reaching the users.
To mitigate the issue, I request that you follow the steps below
Step 1: Please ask the user to check Email Preferences by :
Log in to Atlassian Account:
Go to id.atlassian.com.
Sign in with your email address (If not already signed in).
Access Account Settings:
Click on your avatar in the top right corner.
Select Account settings from the dropdown menu
Navigate to Email Preferences:
Click on the Email tab within your account settings.
Click the link to the email preferences center.
Adjust Email Preferences:
In the Product Surveys and Invitations section, ensure that Product Invitations is selected.
Step 2: Request a New Invitation
Please note that subscribing to invitations or changes to Email preferences will not trigger the emails that were triggered prior to the changes to the Email preference settings.
To trigger a new invitation, could you please check the steps below :
The workspace administrator will have to:
Cancel the current invitation by navigating to Workspace Settings > User Groups, selecting the relevant group, and expanding the Pending invitations
Then, clicking Cancel Invitation to completely remove it from processing
Once the invitation has been cancelled, you will then need to click Add Members in the top-right and insert the user's email address to properly resend the invitation
