Invitation is pending

I would like to invite an address to a repository but they don't receive the e-mail.

I suppose the address is on the suppression list but because the bitbucket account is free I can not open ticket.

We do have paid Jira though.

Is there an alternative way to release the address still staying on free BB?

Welcome to the community!

• Ensure that user checks spam/junk folder.
• Whitelist Atlassian mail senders if there is a block.
• Enable product invitations under Atlassian account settings.
• Cancel and resend the invitation
