Hello Bitbucket Support,
I recently invited a colleague to join my Bitbucket workspace, but they have not received the invitation email. The email address I used is REDACTED. We have already checked the spam/junk folder, and the email was not there.
Could you please check if this email address is on your bounce list and, if so, remove it? We need to ensure that my colleague can receive the invitation and any future notifications from Bitbucket.
Steps Taken:
Despite these efforts, the invitation email has still not been received.

I checked our internal logs and I could see that we've successfully sent the email.
Coud you try to re-send the invitation to the user again?
