Hello Team,

I hope you’re doing well.

I am currently evaluating your platform for a potential integration. To proceed correctly, I need clarification on a few specific technical points. Could you please help me with the following?

1. OAuth App Support

Does your platform support creating an OAuth application (client ID & client secret) for third-party integrations?

-----------------------------------------------------

2. Global OAuth Availability (Important Explanation Below)

I would like to confirm whether your OAuth implementation supports Global OAuth.

By “Global OAuth”, I mean:

              •             The OAuth app (client ID + secret) that I create is not tied to a single customer/account.

              •             Any user from any tenant/region who has an account on your platform can independently authorize my application.

              •             I (as the developer) do not need to manually approve/access each user.

              •             Users can simply click “Connect”, complete the OAuth flow, and your platform will return tokens to access their own data directly.

In short, I want to confirm whether your OAuth is multi-tenant, globally accessible, and user-self-service.

-----------------------------------------------------

3. Marketplace / App Store Submission

Does your platform offer an app marketplace or partner directory where third-party integrations can be submitted and listed publicly?

If yes, please share the documentation or submission guidelines.

-----------------------------------------------------

4. MCP Server (Model Context Protocol) Support

I’d also like to know whether your platform supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP) or any standardized connector/server mechanism that allows AI tools like ChatGPT or Gemini to:

              •             Connect to your platform

              •             Fetch user data

              •             Perform actions

              •             Expose APIs through a standardized schema

In simple terms, does your platform provide or support an MCP-compatible server/connector, or is there any way to expose your APIs through MCP for building AI-based integrations?

-----------------------------------------------------

If possible, please share any official documentation links related to the above 4 points.

For question #2, Atlassian Marketplace is the answer!

See the documentation for how to submit a new app.
