Impossible to connect to web interface of Bitbucket

Hi.

I can't connect anymore to my account on bitbucket.org.

When I try to log in, I'm asked for a 2 step verification code, I enter the code provided by google Authenticator, but it doesn't work.

I did a reset, and used the link received by mail. I managed to disable 2 steps verification, but the problem still exist.

Does anyone can help ?

Hi @jems22,

Thank you for reaching out to the community. 

Could you confirm if you're entering the 2FA code from the Google Authenticator app that says:

Bitbucket: Your_Username

You could also try the Duo App as an alternative.

Thanks for your feedback.
Atlassian support sent me a mail to disable the 2FA, and i succeed to access to my repos.
So problem is solve. Thanks a lot
