Import Repository not working

If i try to import a git repository, it says that no repository exists at that URL. I know that isn't true and i'm authenticating to it. The weird thing is if I authenticate with another bitbucket account that isn't part of a team it works perfectly fine. I even tried just creating a repository to make sure my permissions were correct. 

Then if I actually try to import it despite the message about the repository not existing I get a different error:
