When leaving the team, will my repository disappear?

Hi Shohei, welcome to the Community :)  

The repository will not disappear. If you're the owner, once you leave the team it will remain in your account. If the owner is someone else, it will remain where it is. Alternatively, you can also transfer the ownership from the repository to someone else to make sure it stays with the team if that's what you want, you can learn more about it at Transfer repository ownership.
