If I consolidate premuim bitbucket workspace to Atlassian, explain the effects on the plan and users

I have a bitbucket workspace subscribed with premium plan with 5 users, and if I consolidate this workspace to Atlassian, which actually has different set of users not part of the bit bucket plan, how it will affect the bit bucket workspace? Will there be any effect on the plan users?

Linked the workspace, but the user management and billing are still separate, so good to go so far.
