I have upgraded the plan, but is not taken on the right project. I need technical assistance.

Hi! I've seen the support ticket you opened with us, and looks like one of my colleagues already gave you instructions on how to continue, have you tried them already?
I can also see that both your personal and team accounts are still free, if you'd like to upgrade one of them to Standard, you can follow the instructions at Plans and billing. If you have any trouble, let us know and send us a screenshot so we can see where the issue is and we'll be happy to help :)
