Are you on Free Bitbucket plan or on a paid one? If you're on a paid one, I believe you can start a chat on Atlassian Support (AI chat), and the bot can now resolve it by itself, without the need for assistance from an actual agent.
On the other hand, you can raise a ticket here Atlassian Support: Pricing, Billing & Licensing > select Other and fill out the form. Their team should also be able to help out with this.
