I need to be an admin on our Bitbucket account

We have a BitBucket account and as Admin user I cannot link JIRA to BitBucket - how do I become admin of BitBucket?

Hi! I'll assume you're talking about a team account, as for an individual Bitbucket account the owner is always the admin. In that case, you'll need to reach out to one of the current admins and ask them to give you admin privileges. 

Once you're an admin, you can link Jira and Bitbucket following the steps at Connect Jira Cloud to Bitbucket Cloud (for Cloud) or Linking Bitbucket Server with Jira (for Server).
