Hey @Bill Huang 

Welcome to the community!

Can you try to create a new Bitbucket workspace by following these steps:

1. Navigate to admin.atlassian.com
2. Select your org, navigate to Apss or Atlassian apps > Apps
3. Select add apps on the top right corner
4. Select Bitbucket and choose your workspace name
5. Hit create
