I am locked out of my Bitbucket account because I no longer have access to my 2FA device, and I do not have backup codes saved. I am unable to log in and therefore cannot open a support ticket through the normal portal. I tried to reset the password but I still got asked about code

I can see you have 2FA enabled against your Atlassian and Bitbucket accounts - you must first unlock your 2FA from the Atlassian account, and then you can proceed with the recovery process for Bitbucket.
We have a guide on this below:
You need access to the inbox of the original email you mentioned to regain account access. Unfortunately, this cannot be bypassed.
