I'm not receiving the invitation to a Bitbucket workspace.

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

I'm new to my organization, I was invited to a workspace and the invitation went smoothly.

However, when trying to invite myself to another workspace, the invitation never arrives.

I've already checked my company's infrastructure and there are no blocks on my account that could be preventing this invitation from arriving.

Someone could help with this? Thanks

Welcome to Community...

We observe that the Invitation emails are delivered to the organisation's Mail server.

Could you please check the steps below to receive Emails from BitBucket:

  • Ensure that the invitation email is not being filtered into the spam or junk mail folders.

  • The following information can help identify the invitation email:

  • Email Subject: "...invited you to join the <workspaceID> workspace on Bitbucket"

  • Email Sender: noreply+xxxx@id.atlassian.net (Example only)

  • Email Body: "...invited you to join the <workspaceID> workspace on Bitbucket"

  • Allowlist the following IP address :

    • 216.221.175.128/25

    • 76.223.147.128/25
      If the problem persists, please contact Bitbucket Cloud Support for further assistance.
