I have paid invoice and still same issue occurs when ever pushed data. please check and let us know

I can see in our system that your workspace is no longer on the Free plan. Can you please confirm if the issue is resolved now?
If there is a problem with the credit card on file and the payment is not processed, we will send an email to the billing contact. After a few days, if no action is taken, the plan is downgraded to Free. If the plan is downgraded to Free, you will need to manually upgrade it again from the workspace's settings.
Just a heads up, I removed the screenshot from your post to protect your privacy, as it was displaying workspace id and repo name.

Please raise a support ticket to Atlassian as your have paid subscription they will resolve the issue ASAP and their will be a track of your request too.
