I enabled Rovo Dev in a repo but don't know how to start the "Code Reviewer"

Our admin had configured Rovo Dev in our Bitbucket workspace.

I have enabled Rovo Dev in some of our repositories.

But the PR code reviewer does not show up.

I've enabled on each commit. What else do we need to configured?

HOWEVER, I cannot see the Rovo Dev app neither in the Marketplace, nor in the Installed apps list.

I suppose there should be a panel where we can add developers to the list?

Sorry,
The missing piece was the admin.attlassian.net Rovo Dev user management.
I didn't have access there so I couldn't check at the time of my post.
Workspace admin permissions are different to Account admin ones.
