I reset my password but I didn't receive any email from bitbucket. I tried more than 10 times but zero email from bitbucket.
The email address is e********@m*********.co.uk
Please help.

We've checked our mail system and we could see the email was delivered, I've sent another one, can you confirm you received it? Remember to look in your spam folder too.
Also, it's recommended not to share email addresses and sensitive information in public forums such as this one, I've edited your message to hide your email :)
